Who We Are

One Time Assist is a small, female-owned business built around a simple idea: help shouldn't require a long-term contract. Sometimes what's needed is one visit, one task, or one morning, not an ongoing arrangement.

We bring over 10 years of healthcare background to this work, and we've lived in the Syracuse area for more than 40 years. This community is home, and that's part of why this business exists here.

Finding reliable help for a single day, or for a need that doesn't call for an ongoing arrangement, can be surprisingly hard to come by. That gap is exactly why One Time Assist exists: help that meets you where you are, for exactly as long as you need it, without asking you to commit to more.

How It Works

Every visit through One Time Assist is one-time and prepaid. There's no subscription, no recurring contract, and no obligation to book again. Need help several days in a row, like a week's worth of coverage? That's available too, arranged one request at a time rather than as a standing agreement.
