Mileage & parking: Services involving extended driving or errands may include an additional mileage fee. Paid parking is billed at cost.
- The fee is confirmed with you before we commit to the trip.
- Any applicable fee is collected upfront, along with the visit rate.
How Payment Works
- Accepted: Cash or Venmo.
- Not accepted: Personal checks, credit cards, or PayPal.
- When it's due: Collected in person, before work begins, for every visit.
- Confirmation: Every booking is confirmed by a phone call before your visit. Nothing is charged until then.
- Receipts: A receipt is provided for every visit.
- Tips: Cash tips are not accepted. If you'd like to tip, Venmo is welcome.
