We can change external catheter drainage bags (switching between small and large) and clean the surrounding area. We do not insert catheters, and we do not provide colostomy bag care of any kind.
Will you clean up after my pet?
Not as a standard part of a visit. If pet-related help is needed, mention it ahead of time so it can be arranged.

Yes, with a Class E license, for up to two passengers. Our vehicle is not wheelchair accessible, though mobility equipment can be brought along in the trunk. An additional mileage fee applies, confirmed before we commit to the trip.
Do I need to sign anything?

Call or text as soon as possible. If we've already arrived, a fee equal to half the scheduled visit's rate applies, with exceptions for genuine emergencies. Unpaid cancellation fees result in being disqualified from booking with us again.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Information is never shared with third parties, is stored offline and encrypted, is accessible only to those directly involved in your care, and isn't kept on file longer than 6 months.
I've used you before. Do I need to book online again?
Not necessarily; feel free to call or text directly to arrange a repeat visit.
